Purchases of products


Bree’Osh offers certain products for sale on the Website (“Products”). All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. We reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on Products and services offered on the Website without incurring any obligations.

In order to purchase our Products, you will be required to enter in a valid credit card. By providing a credit card associated with an Account or when checking out as a guest, you are hereby authorizing the Company to charge your credit card for all costs, shipping fees, and other expenses associated with your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the Account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you through the email, phone number, or address provided at the time of purchase.
You understand and agree that you are prohibited from reselling or redistributing any Bree’Osh Products in any manner. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Bree’Osh does not provide refunds or returns on any of our food products or merchandise. If you pickup a damaged or spoiled product, you should contact Bree’Osh immediately. Bree’Osh will replace damaged or spoiled products in its sole discretion. Bree’Osh cannot replace any products that is lost, damaged, or mishandled after a confirmed pickup.

BREE’OSH DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR ANY FOOD PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE.

This includes, but is not limited to, all food products, books, T-shirts, hats, posters, and cooking utensils. Bree’Osh reserves the right to modify or change its return and refund policy at any time.

Bree’Osh may use a third party carrier to ship certain items available for purchase on the Website. The Company is not responsible for any losses relating to the actions or inactions of any third party carriers.

Pre-Order Policy

Certain Bree’Osh products may be offered for Holidays on a pre-order basis (“Pre-Order Products”). By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Cut-Off Date & Final Order Commitment
    Each pre-order is subject to a published cut-off date (“Cut-Off Date”). After the Cut-Off Date, Bree’Osh purchases ingredients and begins preparation based on the number of pre-orders received.
    All pre-orders become final and non-refundable after the Cut-Off Date.

  2. Cancellations Before the Cut-Off Date
    Customers may cancel their pre-order before the Cut-Off Date for a full refund.
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the email address provided at checkout or on the Website.

  3. No Refunds After the Cut-Off Date
    Bree’Osh cannot offer refunds, returns, or order modifications after the Cut-Off Date, because ingredients and supplies have already been purchased and allocated specifically for your pre-order. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  4. Pickup or Delivery of Pre-Order Products
    Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the designated pickup time and location, or ensuring availability for delivery where applicable.
    Bree’Osh is not responsible for any loss, spoilage, or deterioration due to late pickup, missed delivery, or improper handling after the product is delivered or collected.

  5. Seller’s Right to Cancel
    In rare circumstances where Bree’Osh is unable to fulfill a pre-order (such as supply issues, operational difficulties, or unforeseen events), Bree’Osh will notify the customer and issue a refund or propose an alternative solution at its sole discretion.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Bree’Osh prepares all food products in facilities where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. While Bree’Osh makes reasonable efforts to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.

  1. Customer Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying Bree’Osh of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order or consuming any Bree’Osh product.

  2. No Guarantee of Allergen-Free Products
    Due to shared equipment and preparation spaces, Bree’Osh does not represent or warrant that any product is completely allergen-free, even when specific ingredients are not used.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Bree’Osh is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from the consumption of its products.

  4. Pre-Order Applicability
    Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must communicate this information before the Pre-Order Cut-Off Date and Bree'Osh will evaluate the possibility to modify the recipes or not.
    After the Cut-Off Date, Bree’Osh cannot modify recipes, preparation methods, or ingredients to accommodate allergy-related requests.
