Elevate your skills with this Baguette class led by #pierrelebaker. A fun and versatile representation of one of France’s most beloved breads. This class allows you to model every aspect of a baguette (Traditional way) , from its length and weight to its crust, crumb and color type. Perfect for sandwiches or appetizer that you could ultimately make at home.
At the end of the class you will be able to pick up the right flour, weigh out, mix, set the weight, feed the wheat starter (understand mostly used kind of ferment (poolish included), shape and bake to get a perfect crusty baguette.

Session takes place in the Bree'Osh Kitchen at Santa Barbara (2700 De La Vina) and starts at 2pm until 4pm.
2 hours preparation and baking includes:

Preparation of the dough, the folding techniques and the baking
- Participants enjoy a free hot beverages in a relaxing atmosphere with Pierre le baker
- Session are limited to 10 students only and with a minimum of 6.
Each participant will leave the class with baguette, sourdough starter, stoned milled heritage grain Rouge de Bordeaux flour.
