Bree'Osh bakery is specialized in sourdough brioches bread and viennoiseries. Pierre applies to the brioche, the french artisanal & traditional baguette process making. We focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and treat them with respect and with a great attention to details at every single stage of the process. We use liquid sourdough and a slow and long fermentation.

It takes 15 hours to make the brioche bread and 3 days process to make the croissant. Sourdough enables to decrease the amount butter and sugar in the final product.







 Bree’Osh café is THE café boulangerie for locals to enjoy artisanal, sourdough breads, pastries, omelettes, tartines with a good cup of coffee .. just look at the line out the door. 



Bree'Osh bakery is focused in cooking eggs (eggs sandwiches, omelettes, quiches), as well as savory croissant. We also cook on demand and serve tartines (avocado tartine, smoked salmon...), sandwiches and salads.
Among the sweet family croissant, you will get chocolate / almond croissant, cinnamon roll, morning buns, bostock, Kouign amann... We use mostly organic ingredients.
