Saint Honore tart
This cake is one of the most representative elaborations of French pastry gastronomy!
It is a modern version inspired by Philippe CONTICINI famous French pastry chef.
Madagascar vanilla pastry cream, salted soft caramel and caramelized stuffed puff pastry chou. Very light and full of flavor and texture.
